Hailing from the midwest, our family loves ice cream. We always joked that we’d either open a cocktail bar or an ice cream shop, and the latter won out. But, as it turns out, they’re not all that different. We believe every ice cream should start with an incredible base, have some sort of mix-in, and leave your palate feeling delighted. When it came to distribution, pedaling our goods via pedal power (ha..) was an obvious choice. It’s summer, it’s nostalgia, it’s Bend. Enjoy!
